Hi, I’m Luke Erickson and I’m a licensed realtor with Keller Williams and a licensed general Contractor. I am passionate about helping people succeed in their dreams and goals of becoming homeowners or investors in real estate. I focus on real estate investment properties such as Rehabs, Flips, and Short-Term Rentals (STRs) and provide project management services. I believe the home buying and selling process should be a fun experience. At the same time, I do understand it can be stressful, frustrating, and sometimes just overwhelming.
